This summer, London will host a series of World Cup football screenings inspired by the '90s rave scene.

Promoter Kick Off Club has announced that it will set up special fan zones at Outernet London, Electric Brixton and Colour Factory for specified games during the tournament, which begins on 11th June.

Hackney Wick's Colour Factory will become a rave-themed warehouse for the events, with a distinctly '90s aesthetic. Each game will be soundtracked by DJs playing classic acid house and breakbeat during the build-up, half-time, and post-match periods.

Electric Brixton will also use a '90s aesthetic, but with a more Britpop focus, at its events, including the largest indoor screen in London.

Each of Outernet and Electric Brixton will host six screenings in June, while Colour Factory will screen all of England's group games and Scotland's game against Brazil. A select number of other games will also be screened at the former two venues.

The venues will also show the knockout matches starting in July, with full match details yet to be announced.
